Satsuma Creative is a Taipei-basedintegrated marketing creative agency. We build strategy, write scripts, shoot films, run social, and place media for brands, and we alsobuild the web applications, support systems, and automation tools our clients need— taking a single brief all the way to the audience. Creative is our craft; technology is how we make it work harder.
Positioning, narrative, media planning. We figure out who we're talking to, in what tone, with what story, through which channels — before any money is spent.
From script and storyboard to shoot and post. TV commercials, brand films, product films, YouTube ads, short-form video.
Content planning, asset production, ongoing management and KOL partnerships across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LINE OA.
TV CF buying, YouTube / Facebook / Instagram ads, out-of-home planning. We put the budget where it actually gets seen.
Domain, design, build, launch and ongoing care, end to end. When it needs to extend into a support system or an AI automation workflow, our in-house team delivers that directly too — no outsourcing.
Our team has been shooting TV commercials since 2006. Launch CFs for online games and entertainment brands, one after another — Sha Online, Special Force SF, Blood Boil, Courage Online, Otherworld Online, Luan Online, Nezha Online, The Monkey King, Freedom Heart R — most of them aired on Taiwan's major TV channels, and some shipped in a Japanese-language cut. Script, storyboard, casting, shoot, post and scoring, right through to the broadcast-spec masters and cut-downs each station asks for — all of it in house.
Not just the shoot. Concept, storyboard, filming, editing, voice and music, through to broadcast-spec masters for each station — one team, start to finish.
A single shoot yields the broadcast cut, 15/30-second versions, a YouTube edit and short-form social. TV, digital and social share one set of assets.
TV CF buying and digital placement are in house. The film doesn't get handed over for you to figure out — it comes with the media plan attached.
Satsuma Creative's core business isintegrated marketing and creative production— from strategy, video, and social management to media buying. Years of deep work in gaming and entertainment have given us a complete launch playbook. What sets us apart from a typical ad agency: when clients need to connect a campaign to aweb application, support system, LINE / Telegram bot, or AI automation workflow, we don't have to outsource and coordinate —our in-house team delivers it directly. One chain, one point of contact.
From upstream strategy and creative through downstream media buying and performance tracking — every stage handled in-house. One point of contact for the client.
Hands-on launch campaigns for many online game titles. Deep understanding of brand building, player community management, and long-term event operations.
When marketing needs technical deliverables — web applications, support systems, LINE OA, AI automation — our in-house team ships them directly.
A 30-minute online meeting to clarify goals, budget, and timeline. We send back a brief feasibility note the same day.
Within three days, we propose creative direction, pricing, and milestones. No corporate proposal theater — just a plan you can actually execute.
From script to post, every stage delivers previewable progress. Client feedback goes straight into production. No black boxes.
Launch is the starting point. We provide performance tracking and optimization, and can extend into social and long-term content management when needed.
Most people need three teams to get a website: one to design it, one to build it, and another to look after it once it's live. We do all four in one place — visual design, back-end systems, AI support chat and content, plus domain, hosting and ongoing care. What you get isn't a design file, it's a website that works: Google can find it, AI assistants can describe it, and visitors leave their contact details. The domain and the source code are in your name — not rented.
Layout, type, colour, imagery. Advertising-grade craft, not a template with the colours swapped. Mobile and desktop laid out separately.
Forms, bookings, payments, admin dashboards, multiple languages. We write the features you need instead of buying a whole SaaS for one of them.
Optional AI support chat trained on your own product material and SOPs — answering visitors around the clock and handing warm leads to your contact form.
Domain registration, hosting, SSL, structured data for both search and AI retrieval, visitor analytics, and backups and maintenance after launch.
Most AI courses teach tool operation. People come back to their desks and the work runs exactly as before. We do it the other way round: a pre-course interview, then the material is rewritten for your industry — cases, exercises and vocabulary replaced with situations your people actually meet. Taught by someone who maintains five production AI pipelines, so "what actually happens in practice" gets a real answer — including where it fails.
What it is actually doing, what it is and isn't good at, and why it states wrong answers with total confidence. Demonstrated live, not described.
The four elements of a good instruction, how to iterate a conversation, and what must never be pasted in. No coding — no technical background needed.
The customised segment, written after the interview. Your real workflow and real documents on the table, worked through together. No off-the-shelf version exists.
How far AI has come in your industry and which directions it reaches you from, ending with an adoption roadmap you can actually follow.
We feed your website, product manuals, SOPs, and support history into a custom knowledge base —
training an AI colleague that only knows your company。
It doesn't know everything in the universe. It only knows your business.
Your website, product descriptions, internal SOPs, and past support conversations all go into the vector knowledge base. Ask "what's the difference between Plan A and Plan B" and it answers, because it has read them. Not AI improvising — answers grounded in the real material you provided.
Every successful reply is reviewed and added to the knowledge base. After a year, it will understand your company better than a new hire. Hire a colleague that grows with you, not a tool that hasn't improved in three years.
For anything uncertain, it says "I need to get a human to help with this,"instead of inventing a plausible-sounding but wrong answer— the biggest failure mode of most AI support tools, and where brand trust collapses.
