ManyChat is the best-known Instagram automation tool and it is complete. It does not support LINE, has no Chinese interface, charges more as contacts grow, and you build every flow yourself. Our comparable plan costs about half of ManyChat's monthly price, covers Instagram, Facebook and LINE in one setup, and we do the setup and upkeep.
If all you need is "comment a word, get a link", use the free version. Its limits: a capped number of keywords, desktop-only setup, and it cannot answer questions or take bookings. When the customer asks a second question, you are back to replying yourself.
We only use Meta's official APIs, not login-emulating bots. We also skip the tactics that get flagged as spam: no mass blasts, no follow-to-unlock links, and every DM is sent inside Meta's 24-hour messaging window.
No. Each client runs on their own Meta app. You log in to Meta and approve access; we never see or need your password. The account, conversations and contact list stay in your name.
If a customer took the info but did nothing next, the system nudges them once at around 20 hours, with a booking button. Meta only lets businesses reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message, so the follow-up always lands inside that window. It is skipped if the customer replied, already booked, or you have stepped in yourself.
No. The moment you reply from the Instagram app or your Page inbox, the AI pauses for that customer for two hours, and the timer restarts each time you reply.
AI usage runs on your own AI account, billed by message volume. We do not handle it or take a cut, and the system sets a usage cap so a spike cannot run up the bill. Only the AI Reply plan and above use AI; Auto Reply follows rules and has no AI cost.

Not today. Threads has no official messaging API, so no tool can do it. What Threads supports is synced posting and public comment replies, included in the Full Service plan or available as an add-on.
Yes. Keywords, copy and tracking links you already have carry over; an upgrade only adds what is new.
